I needed a car mount for my HTC EVO 3D but didn't feel like shelling out $30+ for a decent mount. I bought this as a gamble and decided to see how it would work out. I was amazed when I got it. It's feel is too plasticky but for ~$6 you get what you pay for. It worked really well and is sturdy enough that it would keep your phone safe. I tested the windshield mount and the dashboard mount and they are both pretty strong. The one I mainly use is the air vent mount which worked really well but after removing and putting back a few times, the clip for the vents got a bit looser than I would want it so now it moves a bit on sharp turns but NEVER falls off. It's "hands" that grab your phone feel a bit loose but are actually strong enough to hold the phone tightly (so far). The "cushions" placed to protect your phone are cheap and glued on but as long as you don't play with them, they shouldn't come off. My only complaint about this (other than the cheap feel to it) is that the Evo 3D does not fit in landscape inside this when opened all the way. Which means that I cannot mount the phone in landscape on the air vent mount but this is a limit caused by the size of the phone. If you use the windshield/dashboard mount, you can rotate the phone and you will be okay so that is not a problem. Other than that, I am liking the mount and plan on ordering a few more for all the cars because my mom and sister LOVED it. In addition, one of my friends found it really cool and he is also ordering one. VERDICT: If you don't mind something that feels cheap and will probably not last more than a year, I highly recommend it. For six bucks, you can't beat this deal! If you do the math, if you spend $30 on an expensive one, and it lasts 2 years and only spend $6 and it lasts six months (it'll probably last longer) then over two years you would have saved $6 or more.
